Eva Boothman has owned a run this simple frendly guest house for over 40 years. We are right in the centre of Blackpool. 2 mins from the Wintergardens / Syndicate Superclub / The Grand Theatre e.t.c. All rooms are light and airy with Washbasin. Freeview TV. Complimentary Tea / Coffee. Toilet and Shower facilities are shared ! Breakfast is not included as we are central but is available at £4 pp upon request payable locally. There a plenty of municipal car parks near by although limited parking £3 per car per night again payable locally. The Rates are per room but £20 individually. Please note your card is only used to secure the reservation and no money is taken of it . Cash only on arrival and occupation of room. Sorry we do not accept credit/debit cards. Many Thanks Eva !
