About Corona Hotel

The Corona is fully non smoking for the comfort of all guests. We have been awarded 4 star guest accommodation by Visit England. The owners have been running the hotel since 2001 and we are constantly trying to bring our guests the most memorable stay with us, please ask if you require anything at all, from extra pillows, either softer or more firm to arranging dry cleaning, flowers etc, if it’s possible, we can do it. !!! We cater for singles, couples, families and those guests travelling on business, therefore we are unable to accept young groups, so no stag or hens. All bedrooms are en suit and are supplied with hair dryers and include a full cooked breakfast in all prices advertised unless stated. Bathrooms have huge fluffy cotton bath sheets, complimentary quality toiletries and are cleaned daily by our housekeeping team. We even supply a complimentary bottle of mineral water for all arrivals. Wall mounted flat screen TV’s + FREE VIEW offer over 50 channels. White Egyptian cotton bedding with duvets in all rooms. We are situated in the pleasant south beach area with a short stroll to the Pleasure beach the promenade and all local transport. With a short drive to the M55, M6 motorways and Blackpool international airport, its an ideal stop over for guests on business or those flying in or out of Blackpool. Blackpool Pleasure beach train station is only 2 minutes walk. We offer: Free parking both on and off site. Free Wi-Fi, (bring your laptop) Breakfast included in the room price and breakfast to go for early departures. A selection of standard rooms, single, double, twin and family of 3s, 4's or 5’s. All rooms have en-suite facilities, TVs with free view, hospitality trays with a selection of tea, coffee biscuits etc, central heating, & double glazing. All bathrooms are supplied with soaps, shampoo & towels. We are constantly upgrading rooms with fresh new styles so rooms shown may differ on allocation. Superior rooms & our Luxury room come with larger or wall mounted TVs, bathrobes, slippers, hair dryers and fans for warmer weather. Daily complimentary mineral water, bathroom amenities are also supplied. (You can also order your daily newspapers with our compliments and offer a continental breakfast served in your room for stays of 2 days or more if you decide not to take breakfast in the dining room. Breakfast is served daily in the dining room where you can choose from a selection of juice, cereals, yogurts, pastries, and fruit, followed by your choice Of full cooked English breakfast, tea or coffee. For Vegetarian guests we have a choice of breakfast items to suit your needs including omelettes. All 22 rooms are serviced on a daily basis. Families with older children can choose one of our annex rooms, where the children are next to you and share your bathroom, these rooms have inter connecting doors. High chairs are also available and we can supply a cot for babies subject to availability and room size. Bedding for cots is not supplied, but can be hired at a small charge. The bar lounge is open daily to hotel guests, with a terrace for warmer days for taking a long drink and for those that smoke. Food is available daily through the busy season and dinner is served in our dining room in the evenings. Pre arranged meals when times are quieter, please ask. We have extremely high standards and a very relaxed approach allowing guests to feel comfortable. Our fire system (L2) is maintained to meet health and safety standards and we have an annual inspection and test on all portable electrical appliances.
